bidboard

Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms apply to BidBoard (bidboard.co.za), a service of 4Core Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration 2017/173375/07 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

BidBoard collects publicly advertised tenders from the National Treasury eTenders portal and shows them in one searchable place. Subscribers also receive a daily email listing new tenders that match their saved alerts.

We copy tender details as published and classify them into industries automatically. We can't guarantee that every tender is captured, that classifications are right, or that the source information is complete or current. Always check the official tender documents and the issuing department's own notices before you bid. We are not affiliated with National Treasury or any organ of state.

2. Free trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. To start it, you add a payment card through Paystack. We run a R1 card check and refund it immediately. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged R149 on the day after the trial ends and then monthly on the same date. We email you before the first charge.

The trial is once per person or business. Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from My account. Your alerts keep working until the end of the trial or the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-months, except where the Consumer Protection Act requires it.

4. Your account

Keep your password private. One subscription is for one business; please don't resell or republish the alert emails.

5. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from a tender you missed, didn't win, or bid on using information shown on BidBoard. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will email subscribers about material changes. South African law applies. Questions: [email protected], 4 Sylvan Crescent Forest Hills.
